Heart

The heart, what is it?

Is it all in our head?
Or is there an intangible part somewhere deep inside us?

I've read that God put eternity in the hearts of all people,
Is that why the heart doesn't seem to grow old? Why it's not affected by time in the same way that the body is?

So what is the heart? Where is it?
It could be the most precious thing we have, so how do you take good care of a heart?

Is the heart where love comes from?
Is that part of what makes love so powerful, that it has an eternal quality too?

Why is it that when we're loved time seems to slow?

Was it the love of God given in the act of creating each one of us that leaves an eternal seed deep within, a seed we call the heart?
A seed that seems to grow outside the boundary of time?

If you've heard that love is forever, maybe that's because the heart is too.
